I can't say enough good things about this animal clinic! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in with my golden retriever, Max. They took the time to ease his nerves, which really impressed me. The vet was thorough in explaining Max's condition and treatment options. I especially appreciated the follow-up call a few days later to check on his progress. The only small issue was the wait time, but I could see they were busy, and it was worth it for the level of care they provided. I've been bringing my dog here for a couple of years now, and I generally have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and really seems to love what they do, which makes all the difference. I appreciate how they always explain everything clearly and are very patient when answering my questions. However, I did notice that it can get quite crowded, leading to longer wait times during peak hours. I understand that good services attract more clients, but maybe they could consider extending their hours or adding more staff during busy times. All in all, the quality of care my dog receives is top-notch, and I feel like she's in good hands every time we go.
